Dubya Pike

On the drive in from DFW this morning, I paid 75 cents to drive a very short stretch of the President George Bush Turnpike.

Since there was neither a "W." nor an "H.W." in the middle of the name, I think that they're going for a two-fer by being deliberately ambiguous.

I've been going since 4 AM, put in a very long day at the office, just ate a room-service steak and salad, and am about to crash.

(There's a high-end western wear outlet near me. I hope I'll be able to resist the urge to drop several hundred dollars on a Stetson and a pair of Tony Lamas.)
