Fresh vegetable supper

Plenty of nice-looking produce at the Raleigh (NC) Farmer's Market today.

The menu:

- Blanched fresh asparagus and spring onion salad, in a red wine vinaigrette

- New potatoes

- Yellow squash sauteed in butter

- Garden peas, cooked with just a little snap left in them

And for dessert, fresh strawberries.
